TeleRigs is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. While we facilitate transactions, each seller is responsible for clearly stating their return and refund terms for the products they list. Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions, conditions, and seller policies before making a purchase.

However, TeleRigs provides a standard guideline to help protect both buyers and sellers.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item received is different from what was described or advertised.
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories.
  • The seller agreed to accept returns before or after purchase.

Important:
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as safety gear (PPE), custom-built equipment, consumables, or products marked “No Returns.”


3. Time Frame

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of receiving the item for standard equipment/products
  • 3 days for electronic or sensitive devices
  • No returns on digital downloads or non-physical services

Requests made after the stated time frames may not be accepted.

  • If the item was defective or incorrectly delivered, the seller may cover the return shipping costs.

6. Disputes

If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, TeleRigs may step in to review the dispute. You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the item
  • Proof of purchase
  • Communication with the seller

TeleRigs reserves the right to make a final decision based on the evidence provided.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are typically non-refundable:

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Safety harnesses, helmets, gloves, and climbing gear
  • Custom-made or modified tools
  • Downloadable software or digital files
  • Items sold “as-is” or “no returns accepted”

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before the seller ships the item
  • If the item is out of stock
  • If the seller does not respond or fulfill the order within the expected timeframe

Once the item has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
